Bellodgia

Perfumer Ernest Daltroff is said to have referred to his artistic director, Félicie Wanpouille, as "my seed sower". After the couple took an Italian vacation to Bellagio on the shore of Lake Como, Daltroff created Bellodgia.

The fragrance was inspired by a pungent, spicy carnation Daltroff found in the famous gardens of Villa Serbellonio. Félicie Wanpouille is said to have suggested that they name Daltroff's new perfume after the town.

Today Caron continues to sell a version of it's ever popular Bellodgia.
